Developed in collaboration with an exercise physiologist and physiotherapist, Axis classes and programming are built on evidence, not trends. We use Reformer Pilates as the foundation because it works. It supports building strength without beating you up. It trains your body to move with control and coordination. And when it's programmed properly, it translates to everything else you do.
